I’ve got my own balloons, will you fill them for me?

How do I make a booking?

When we have discussed the balloons you'd like, I e-mail a very detailed quote. Once you reply to say that you'd like to place an order based on the quote, your booking is confirmed in my diary.  I then send an invoice with information abut how and when to pay.  

What are your opening times?

I am available to take your calls and answer messages between 9 am and 5 pm most days, apart from when I am creating or delivering balloon decor.

Do you deliver?

I deliver to most venues as long as they have their own car park or a loading bay. The delivery cost depends on the location of your venue. Balloons can be collected from my house by appointment.  All deliveries and collections will be contactless.  

Do you have a shop?

No, Balloon Inspirations is now a home based business.

I am allergic to latex. Which balloons should I use?

Bubble balloons and foil balloons are latex free but it is very important to let us know about your latex allergy so that we don’t use latex balloons to tie the bubble balloons or use temporary weights made from latex balloons.

Do you offer custom printed balloons?

Yes, I work very closely with an excellent balloon printing company that uses screen printing to produce high quality printed balloons ideal for printing logos and large amounts of balloons.  Latex balloons cannot lift the weight of vinyl printing so must be screen printed.

I can personalise bubble balloons and foil balloons with vinyl text and simple shapes eg hearts or stars.  If you e-mail your logo/image, I can tell you if it’s possible for me to replicate it in vinyl or if it will need to be screen printed. 

Can we buy loose balloons to make our own decorations?

Yes, of course I'm very happy to supply inflated latex and foil balloons for you to make into decorations yourself.  I'll put them into bunches and add a temporary weight so that they are secured until you start to work with them.

Do you hire out helium cylinders?

No, I can’t offer this service but you can hire helium on the internet or visit BOC at Birtley.
